As a responsible caterer and in line with our company values, the health and wellbeing of all clients is our utmost priority. We will respond to this fast-evolving situation in a calm and proportionate manner based on expert advice and following Government guidelines. Please be rest assured that we will not hesitate to act if we believe it is the right thing to do.
As you navigate through the decision of what to do about your event, we understand how difficult this decision is and we are here to support you.
If you wish to postpone your event, please email us at your earliest possibility to advise of your current situation. We will assist you in ensuring that any monies paid to us to secure our services will be carried forward during a postponement of your event. We will also work alongside your suppliers to reschedule a new event date, subject to our availability. Please note that your current signed Terms & Conditions will still apply until the completion of your event.
If you have to cancel your event, it is important to contact us immediately and follow this up on an email to us. We will assist you in exploring all possible avenues to avoid a cancellation. As per our Terms & Conditions, our Cancellation Policy states the following conditions and we are entitled to charge:
- 100% of the total cost of the event if cancellation takes place less than 1 month prior to the event.
- 75% of the total cost of the event if cancellation takes place less than 3 months prior to the event.
- 50% of the anticipated cost of the event if the cancellation takes place, once a deposit payment is confirmed.
If you are just starting to dive into planning, it’s natural to have a million “what if” questions about the future. While all of this is uncertain, we hope this news won’t take away from the excitement that comes with wedding / event planning. For this reason, we say take note of the above as you continue to plan your event.
